Our Holistic Approach Based on Ancient Wisdom

At The Vedic Edge, our mission is to address the root causes of imbalance and chronic conditions through the time-tested science of Ayurveda. We combine traditional Ayurvedic principles with practical, modern applications to help clients achieve sustainable health outcomes.
Our 1:1 consulting services provide a comprehensive assessment of your unique constitution (prakruti) and current imbalances. Based on this, we design individualized care plans that may include:
-
Lifestyle and dietary modifications tailored to your needs
-
Evidence-informed herbal protocols
-
Mindfulness-based practices for stress and emotional resilience
-
Sound therapy and chakra balancing techniques to support mental and energetic wellbeing
Many clients seek us out when conventional approaches provide only partial relief. Our integrative methods help bridge that gap—empowering individuals with the knowledge, tools, and practices to actively participate in their healing journey.
At The Vedic Edge, we view health not only as the absence of disease, but as the presence of balance, clarity, and vitality across body, mind, and spirit.
Why Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the science of life
Chronic illnesses like diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and hypertension rarely arise overnight—they are the result of long-term imbalance. Modern medicine often manages symptoms with increasing dosages, but Ayurveda goes deeper.
Ayurveda is critical because:
-
Root-cause approach: It identifies and corrects the underlying imbalance (nidana) rather than suppressing symptoms.
-
Personalization: Every individual’s constitution (prakruti) is unique, so treatments are tailored instead of “one-size-fits-all.”
-
Holistic healing: It integrates diet, lifestyle, herbs, and mind-body practices to restore balance.
-
Prevention focus: Through daily and seasonal routines, Ayurveda helps stop diseases from progressing or recurring.
Ayurveda is not an alternative—it is a complement, a reminder that healing is holistic. While modern medicine excels in acute care and crisis management, Ayurveda teaches us how to prevent, manage, and even reverse many chronic conditions by addressing the root cause.
About the founder
I’m Neha Jain—an Ayurvedic wellness consultant, mindfulness mentor, and a lifelong seeker of balance between the ancient and the modern.
After spending over two decades in high-stakes corporate leadership roles, navigating intense pressures, deadlines, and constant change, I found myself asking deeper questions—about the body, the mind, and the soul’s true calling. That search brought me back to my roots: Ayurveda, the science of life, and the timeless wisdom of the Vedas.
Trained under the renowned Dr. Vasant Lad, I integrate classical Ayurvedic knowledge with modern lifestyle needs. As a mother of two and caregiver within a family managing autoimmune conditions, my practice is both deeply personal and profoundly compassionate.
I am also a devoted student of Vedantic philosophy, and an expert reciter of the Bhagavad Gita. I believe that we all share consciousness, and that true healing begins when we reconnect—with nature, with each other, and with our inner self.

At The Vedic Edge, I offer more than consultations—I offer a return home. Together, let’s explore breath, body, and being, and design a life that supports your health, purpose, and peace.
